Your account at loft in SoHo

You can shop at loftinsoho.com as a guest or as a registered customer. Registering is very easy and we will only ask you for the information necessary to make your purchases faster. In your account you will be able to access your order history and edit your details whenever you want.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand, we change our minds too! While we would like to, once an order has been placed, we cannot modify or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window someday in the future. If items do not work out, be sure to exchange or return them for a refund.

I want to make a special gift

We offer you the possibility of adding a free personalized note with your purchase. Write the message you like the most in [Add comments to the order] and we will send it for you.

What are the payment methods?

To pay for your order you can choose from a number of payment options that we offer: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us in order to maintain security and prevent potential fraud.

Split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments to spread the cost of your purchase over a period of time. The first payment is made when the order is processed and the remaining 2 are automatically made every 30 days, charged to the debit or credit card of your choice. Shipping, returns and exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our team has received your order. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What are the shipping times?

Each item has its own preparation and shipping times, which are specified on each item's page. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a confirmation email; from that moment on, you must take into account the carriers' delivery times.

What is the return policy?

You can return the ordered products within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend return shipping with a tracking number, since as the buyer, you are responsible for return shipping.
Please complete the return form so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Once the return is approved, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be credited to you within a few days. You will receive the amount in the same way you paid for the purchase, usually within 5 business days.
Please note that returned goods must be returned with the original label. We only accept unused goods in their original condition.

ATTENTION: Headdresses, headbands, hats, gloves, underwear or swimwear are NOT eligible for exchanges or returns.

Customized products are not subject to exchange or return.

Damaged items

Before an order is shipped, our products undergo an exhaustive quality control process.

SHIPPING TO SPAIN*

Shipping is free for all orders.

*We currently ship orders to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or to PO boxes.


EUROPEAN UNION SHIPMENTS

For all orders over €100, shipping is free.
If your order does not exceed €100, shipping costs will be €15

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all orders, shipping costs will be €35.

We recommend that you check with your country's import offices to avoid unexpected customs tax charges.
