Returns — No drama. Just return it.

We want you to like what you get. If you don’t, no worries — here’s how returns work at LØ+HO:


1. You’ve got 14 days

You’ve got 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order.
It must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

→ We’ll refund you through the same payment method.
→ Return shipping is on you, unless we messed up.
→ We recommend a tracked service — just to be safe.


2. Can’t return these

We don’t accept returns on:
• Custom or personalized items
• Fragrances & cosmetics (for hygiene reasons)
• Opened, used, or unsealed items
• Underwear, swimwear, hats, gloves & similar

These rules follow EU consumer laws (Article 103).


3. If something’s wrong

Got the wrong item or something arrived damaged?

→ Email us at info@loftinsoho.com
→ Include a photo and your order number
→ We’ll sort it: replacement, refund or store credit — shipping on us


4. Prefer credit?

You can choose a store credit instead of a refund.
Valid for 12 months — use it whenever.

3. We’ll reply with instructions
4. Once we get the item and check it, we’ll process your return in max 7 business days
